1. Data we process
- Identification and contact details: name, company, role, email and phone number.
- Enquiry information: objectives, indicative budget, timeframes and messages.
- Contractual relationship: proposals, contracts, communications, invoices and payments.
- Technical data and consent: IP address, browser, security records and cookie preferences.
- Campaign and platform data when processed as part of a contracted service.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to respond to enquiries and take pre-contractual steps; perform contracts; invoice and comply with legal obligations; protect systems and prevent fraud based on legitimate interests; and send marketing or use optional analytics with consent where required.
3. Recipients
We may use providers for hosting, email, CRM, accounting, analytics, project management and payments. Access is limited to what is necessary and subject to appropriate obligations. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

9. Client services
When we process personal data on a client’s behalf, the client is normally the controller and AEGEAN acts as processor. Instructions, safeguards and subprocessors are defined in a data processing agreement.
